2019 into 2020, crossing over to the next Decade.

It is the last day of 2019, we are here, we made it, still standing. Grateful Hearts! Into the Decade. It’s not just the end of a year, it’s also the end of one a decade and the beginning of another – December 2009 to December 2019 my whole life experiences can be described in one word, God is real. My last 10 years of existence in every way was an acknowledgement that there’s a God.   I saw manifold Growth/Progress in all aspects of life, Experienced undying Grace, walked in Blessings season after season, received Favour, shielded by Mercies, covered by divine Protection,   enjoy a Peace beyond understanding and yet faced multiple challenges after challenges that keep turning out learning experiences and working out for my good. I heard my Pastor say "2020 – came early", and indeed for me, it has.  It practically feels like it has already started within the last few weeks and days and hours of 2019. It’s already clear it will be an intense year – and shoul

Two weddings and the Jets

Early yesterday morning 28th December, I saw a rather strange sight, well over 70 people and counting, crowded at a check-in counter for a Maiduguri bound flight at the Abuja, Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport(Domestic Terminal ) Wing -D. Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja Nigeria. Most of the men were dressed up in very nice looking flowing Agbada, and "rocking" the usual bama hats, the traditional cap, typically worn in the Northern parts of Nigeria but which has gained strong national appeal in recent years. Nigerian Bama Hats One thing was for sure, this group of travelers every single one male and female we're "decked out"putting on very nice traditional attires, but oddly enough I noticed none of these folks had any baggage that needs to be checked-in. What an odd set of travelers I thought, could they be going for hajj or something, I don't think so, cause some of them had on traditional attires from Southern and Western

HAPPINESS = HEALTH, FRIENDS AND MONEY

Health that I agree, but friends, or more like good friends or generally good people. That's the tricky part- truth be told, good friends, good people are just as scarce as good money - both in short supply - but who says we can't have good health, find good friends and make good money?  That's what I call "a part of the  #blessings " So In this season ⛄ when most would rather take or receive, or request. I learned a valuable lesson, I have just been gifted a surprise 10K, and I have never appreciated a kind gift like this in recent times. Not cause am broke or cause it was gifted in $ or £ or € but still in good old Nigerian naira. I am truly appreciative because it's Christmas and while some looked towards me to give and am extremely thankful I can even be counted worthy enough to give. This gentleman who gifted me 10K, on the other hand, thought he should be the one giving and guess what he is a Moslem, not Christian. So to Mr.

Driving Alive

Many years ago while in secondary school , I read a pamphlet on Defensive Drive, and one of the lines that I can still remember till this day is that " in driving 🚦 a vehicle 🚖, you the driver has to compensate for the mistakes/errors for pedestrians, the bad driving of motorcyclist, and even other car road users.  Be able to anticipate their mistakes or bad judgment before it happens and avoid them safely if possible.  Well, life has taught me, that this rule sort of works in dealing with people also. Life is all about relationships, you can't do life, without people, and I mean the good, the bad and the downright nasty people.  Learning to love & live with people of all types and kinds is like learning to drive defensively - you don't crash an "idiot" driver just to make a or prove a point, when they cut you off on the road 🔼, you protect yourself, and protect other people even the crazy ones who careless about you and trust me when I sa
